  • In-Stock Rings: Orders for items currently in stock are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, depending on your location.

  • Custom Designs: Production and shipping times for custom-made pieces vary depending on the complexity of the design. An estimated timeline will be provided once your design is finalized.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated separately and will be added at checkout. Fees may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.


Cancellations and Returns

Because of the highly customized nature of our rings, we do not accept cancellations or returns for items purchased. However, if there is a problem with the ring upon receipt, notify us within 7 days, and we will address the issue. .


How to Return for Repair

If your item is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us through our given contact details.
